COUNTY APPROVES HATTERAS ISLAND FIREWORKS BAN
Tuesday, March 20th, 2007Yesterday, the Dare County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved an ordinance that will ban the possession, sale or use of fireworks on Hatteras Island. The new ordinance will take effect on June 1, 2007. The fine for violating the ordinance will be $250.00
