Originally from the Baltimore-Washington area, we moved to Hatteras Island in the spring of 1991 where we have been full-time, licensed real estate brokers for the past 15 years.
We are the authors of "Your Personal Guide To Hatteras Island Real Estate", the first book devoted exclusively to the Hatteras Island real estate market. In addition, we wrote a monthly real estate article for the Hatteras Monitor magazine starting in the early 1990s and began writing articles for the Island Breeze newspaper in August 2005.
Technology is playing an increasingly important role in real estate marketing. We have been designated Allen F. Hainge CyberStars™. In conjunction with our CyberStar™ affiliation, we have been featured in two books, and we have given presentations at industry seminars addressing the use of technology in a resort real estate marketing environment.
